Kirill Vovchuk, a pupil of Art School No. 5, won the first prize. The young musician impressed the jury of the Third All-Ukrainian Two-Tour Festival-Contest of Arts "New Year's Miracles" and won his debut victory. The event was held on 17-19 December in Kyiv with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, International Radio, the Association of Variety Artists of Ukraine, and the TUARON talent agency. Teacher Nadiia Pankova received a certificate of appreciation for her high professional skills, preservation of cultural heritage, support and spiritual enrichment of the younger generation, as well as her personal contribution to the development of cultural and aesthetic education of children and youth.
